TV show discovery #1

Hello lovelies,

E and I decided to introduce a new topic on this blog, TV shows! We are both lovers of American television shows and we decided to share our new discoveries with you.
Last month TLC Holland started to air Devious Maids. After seeing the commercial for it, E wanted to check it out and couldn’t wait for the show to air, so she found it online. Within 3 days she watched the first season and encouraged me to watch it too. I did and I loved it!
Devious Maids is a show about 5 maids working in Beverly Hills. In the first episode someone gets killed and the show revolves around solving the murder.
Wikipedia describes it as ‘an American mystery comedy-drama television series, which premiered on Lifetime on June 23, 2013. The series was created by Marc Cherry, and is loosely based on Mexican TV series Ellas son la Alegría del Hogar. Ana Ortiz, Dania Ramirez, Roselyn Sánchez, Judy Reyes, and Edy Ganem star as five Latina maids working in the homes of Beverly Hills’ wealthiest and most powerful families.’

E and I both love this show because it’s really funny and easy to watch. It's a show that gets your mind off of everything and helps you to relax for a moment. Oh, and there are a few hot guys in it, which we both don't mind watching ;).
The episodes are approximately 42 minutes long and season 1 and 2 have 13 episodes. We both haven’t seen the second season yet but we are both planning on watching it. The trailer looks great! You can watch it here (if you click on watch trailer) and the trailer for the first season here

I would recommend this show if your in to a bit of drama, like easy humor and if you're looking for something light and fun.
